The short answer

We remove the malware from your WordPress site, close the way it got in, harden the site, and file the requests that clear Google warnings and blocklist entries. You pay one flat price before work begins, CA$299 for the first 50 businesses, and if we cannot clean your site, that payment is refunded in full, automatically. Start with the free evidence check: you see what is on your site, in plain words, before any money moves.

What we remove

  • Injected spam pages and links pointing at casinos, betting sites, and pill shops
  • Redirects that send your search visitors somewhere else
  • Fake admin accounts and hidden back doors left for the next visit
  • Malicious files hiding inside themes, plugins, and uploads
  • The open door itself: the outdated plugin, weak password, or exposed file that let them in

Why deleting the visible spam is not removal

The spam you can see is the shopfront, not the business. The business is the back door: a hidden account, a buried file, a line of code that rebuilds the spam after you delete it. That is why owners tell the same story about cheap cleanups: clean on Monday, hacked again by the weekend. While it runs, it spends your trust in two directions at once: visitors meet a warning or a casino, and Google quietly trusts your pages less. Removal means the shopfront and the business both go, and the door they used is shut behind them.

How the removal runs

  1. Free evidence check. We read your site the way visitors and Google see it and write down what we find. The report is yours to keep, whatever you decide.
  2. Scope and price in writing, then your go-ahead. Payment in full through the secure link, and only then does work start.
  3. Backup first. A full copy of your site as it stands, before anything is touched.
  4. Removal and closing. The malware, spam, fake accounts, and back doors come out; the way in is closed; updates and hardening are put right.
  5. Proof report. What was found, what was removed, what was closed, in plain words, with a clean backup of your site.

The risk sits with us, in writing: if we cannot clean your site, your payment is refunded in full, automatically, and you keep the evidence report and the backup. Hacked again within 90 days of a successful cleanup, and we clean it again free. The details are in the service terms, and the worked format of the report is on the proof page.

Run from Canada, priced in Canadian dollars

Website Rescue is operated from Ottawa by a named person, not a ticket queue on another continent. Prices are in Canadian dollars, so the number on this page is the number you pay, with no exchange math at checkout. The check, the cleanup, and your proof report are available in English and in French. We reply within 1 business day, at support@kollaztoolz.com.

Who this is for, and who should pass

This fits a Canadian business, or any business that wants one, whose WordPress site is hacked right now and who wants it handled by a named operator with the terms in writing. Pass if you only want a scanner report: scanners find symptoms, and this service exists to close the way in. Pass, too, if the hack reached payment card data: that is a bank and legal matter, and if we see signs of it we tell you at once and stop, so you can bring in the right people.

When it is over, your site is yours again and you can vouch for it: clean to your customers, closed to the way in, and documented in a report with your name on the job. You go back to running your business.

Questions owners ask

Is the service really run from Canada?

Yes. Website Rescue is operated by Valentin Iosif, trading as Kollaz, in Ottawa, Ontario. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the check, the cleanup, and your proof report are available in English and in French.

What access do you need to remove the malware?

WordPress admin access, plus hosting or file access. We tell you exactly what we need before we start. Passwords move only through the secure route we set up with you, never by plain email.

How fast is the removal?

Most standard sites are verified clean within 24 to 48 hours of access. You judge the job by the proof report, not by the clock.

What if the malware comes back?

If your site is hacked again within 90 days of a successful cleanup, we clean it again at no charge. On the protection plan, re-cleans are free for as long as the plan runs.

What does the removal cost?

CA$299 flat for the first 50 businesses, CA$399 standard, CA$599 for an emergency start, paid in full before work begins and refunded in full, automatically, if we cannot clean your site. The full price table is on our cleanup cost page.
